I was in a car accident recently, the person who hit me was a minor, the parent took acceptance of fault at the scene and later declined to answer any phone calls or attempts of contact through her insurance. It was incredibly frustrating because that meant I had to file a claim through my insurance to simply get a rental car. I was notified by her insurance that they were declining to move forward with the claim until they spoke with their insured. I contacted Craig and explained the situation, he sent a single text message to the parent explaining her options to either accept fault or be sued. Needless to say, she accepted fault later that day. He made the process easy and got results in a short time. He was our saving grace! Highly recommend!
